Our Aim
In 2021, we set out with a simple goal: to create a safe and welcoming space for men connected to the emergency services, NHS, and the military – whether serving, have served or are retired .
What started as just one weekly walk in a local park in Beckenham has grown into something truly special. Today, men all across the UK come together on our walks to talk, connect, and support one another.
Our aim is to keep building this community, offering more spaces where men can find friendship, understanding, and a real sense of belonging.

Men's Health Stigmas
Men around the world face unique challenges that too often go unspoken.
To every man who feels unseen:
Your feelings matter, Your life matters, You Matter!
We celebrate you - not for being perfect but for being human!
When men & boys thrive, everyone benefits. Lets work together for a healthier, more inclusive future for all.
We see you.
We celebrate you.
We stand with you
Mental Health Awareness Week 2026, the theme is action 💚
Because while awareness matters, real change happens when we take action, for ourselves, for each other, and for our communities.
A small check-in.
A conversation.
Taking a break.
Reaching out for support.
Listening without judgement.
Every action counts.
Mental health struggles are not always visible. This week is a reminder to prioritise wellbeing, encourage open conversations, this week and every week let’s continue breaking the stigma around mental health.
Take care of your mind the same way you take care of your body. Rest when you need to. Speak when you need support. Reach out when you need to.
Let’s turn awareness into action. 💚
Men's Health Week 15-21 June
The week aims to raise awareness of men's health and to encourage all men to seek help to address any health concerns that they may be experiencing.
We want everyone to seek help when they need it.
We can help to do this by raising awareness of mental health, encouraging everyone to start the conversation about mental health, and thereby helping to address the stigma that surrounds it
